She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeannine Durgin and Robert Durgin; and her sister Cathy Durgin. She is survived by: her son Scott Lagasse; her significant other Mark Swearingen; her brothers, Brad (Connie Durgin), Brian (Alison Durgin) and Bob Durgin; her son Bill Lagasse; her grandchildren, Cassiy (Manly Lagasse-Church), Jarod, Mason, Evan Lagasse and Teliah Montreuil; her son Easton Scott Tao Montreuil; and her close friends, Denise Gauthier and Beverly Derosier (Mark Swearingen).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the American Legion (71 S Main St, Auburn, ME 04210).
In lieu of flowers, Cheryl spent many years donating to abused women organizations.
