He is survived by: his children, Victoria Douglas of Columbia Falls, Scott Pelletier of Otisfield, Charles Pelletier, Jr. of Mesa, AZ, Annette Martin of Norway and Paula Pelletier of Oxford; and his close friend Nancy Leblanc of South Paris. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
