She was predeceased by: her parents, David Berry and Rose Morrison Berry; her husband Robert Chapman; and her brothers, Harry Berry and David D. Berry Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Perkins (Michael); her grandchildren, Bethany, Robert, Sean Perkins and Ardatha Hodgdon; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Perkins, Autumn and Vincent Hodgdon.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Caroline's name can be made to The Greater Humane Society 55 Strawberry Ave. Lewiston, Maine 04240.
