She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Porter and Yvonne Porter (Kimball); and her sister Becky. She is survived by: her husband Mederick Black of Gorham; her daughter Katrina; her granddaughter Brandi Nies; and her sisters, Monica and Kathy.
She opened her first office in Rumford, later moving it to Windham where she continued working, even while undergoing treatment for her illness, until this spring, when the Covid crisis shut things down.
