In loving memory of Sandra Whiting of Athens, Maine, born in Skowhegan, Maine, who departed this world on March 30, 2025 at the age of 65. As we bid adieu to Sandra's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sandra has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Martin and Anna Martin; and her brother Dennis Martin. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Whiting; her daughter Sarena Haynie; her son-in-law Andrew Haynie; her grandchildren, Ella, Silas, Finn and Abram; and her siblings, Julie (Don Miller), Dana (Nancy Martin) and Lori (Rod Wiles). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Church of the Open Bible (105 S Main St, Athens, ME 04912).
