He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Poitraw and Cecile Poitraw (O'Clair); his son Roland Jr.; his siblings, Clarette Hebert (Ken), Dorothy Poitraw, Ellen Boulier (Larry) and John Poitraw; his brother-in-law Ervine Grant Jr.; and his nephews, Morgan Boulier and Christopher Willette.
He is survived by: his wife Jean A. Grant; his children, Robert (Kristy Bartlett), Tammy Donovan (Mikeal) and Jolene Tibbetts (Carlton); his son-in-law Michael Graham; his grandchildren, Miranda Carney (Matt), Whitney Donovan (Charlie Gilbert), Rylee Graham (Jordan Barker) and Garrett Graham (Vanessa Cote); his great grandchildren, Cyrus, Porter and Clara; and also Bampy.
