He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cloukey and Leona Rose Cloukey (Duprey); his wife Phyllis Cloukey (Lafland); his daughter Kathy Cloukey; and his siblings, Madeline Neff and Gilbert Cloukey.
He is survived by: his children, Rene Cloukey, Jr. (Kelley Fitzpatrick) of Presque Isle and Tracy Long (Patrick) of Ashland; his brothers, Herman Cloukey of Presque Isle, Hubert Cloukey (Carol) of Presque Isle and Freddy Cloukey of Connecticut; his grandson Arthur "AJ" Cloukey (Shawn); his great grandchild Aaron of Presque Isle; his granddaughter Angela Cloukey; his great grandchild Kaydence of Presque Isle; his granddaughter Amber Philbrick (Tim); his great grandchildren, Austin, Chase of Westfield, Joey Ebner of Rhode Island, Zach Fitzpatrick of Winslow and Christopher Long of Ashland; his granddaughter Danielle Boyles (Eric); his great grandchildren, Landon and Lainey of Sheridan; his sister Betty; and his brother-in-law Ivan "Junior" Spooner of North Anson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
