He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood Cowett and Amelia Cowett (Rioux). He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Cowett (McGowan) of Ashland; his children, Christine Robinson (Thomas) of Presque Isle and Matt Cowett of Mapleton; his brother Alfred Cowett (Ann) of Lincoln; and his grandchildren, Anna, Megan, Brady, Shaun and Brielle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
