It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis Macdonald (Ashland, Maine), who passed away on April 18, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Searway and Ada Searway (Orcutt); her husband Albert B. MacDonald; and her siblings, Hazen Searway, Nelson Searway, Barbara Sahlin and Marjorie Grey.
She is survived by: her children, Gene MacDonald (Karen) of Masardis, Cheryl O'Clair of Ashland and Greg MacDonald of Ashland; and her brother Albert "Bub" Searway (Joyce) of Alabama. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
