He is survived by: his wife Laurie Jimmo Carney; his daughters, Megan Carney and Rachel Portela; his son-in-law Ian Hyslop; his grandson Brian Hyslop; his siblings, Rodney, Donna, Elaine (Christian Gagnon) and Karen (Keith Flint); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie (Bob Longley) and Clara Burby (Douglas Burby Sr). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
