It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth C. Tuttle Rogers-Phillips (Alfred, Maine), born in Milo, Maine, who passed away on August 28, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Phillips; her son Ronald Rogers (Ronnie); her brother Robert Tuttle; and her stepson Douglas Phillips. She is survived by: her parents, Roland Tuttle and Lena Tuttle (Rowe); her sons, Michael Phillips, Peter Rogers and Joseph Rogers; her daughters-in-law, Rachel Rogers-Baron, Sharon Rogers and Belinda Rogers; her stepsons, Jeffrey Phillips and Ralph Phillips; her grandchildren, Mia Ho-Baker, Jason, Daniel, Justin, Joshua, Tony, Aaron and Matthew Rogers; and her stepsister Beatrice Miller.
