He is survived by: his wife Charlene Theriault (Church) of Alfred; his son Rusty; his daughter-in-law Melissa Theriault of Lyman; his daughter Tracy Theriault; his son-in-law David Evans of Sanford; his grandchildren, Ian Theriault, Benjamin Allen, Thomas Allen, Ava Theriault and Emelia Theriault; and his siblings, Robert Theriault, Viola Shirley, Diane Lancaster and Arlene Jurgewich.
