He is survived by: his children, Wayne Russell, Stacy Goodale (Brian) of Lebanon, ME and Kelly Joy of Astor, FL; and his brother Bobby Carll (Sonya) of Alfred. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
