He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Cerullo and Lorraine Cerullo (Fisher); his son Derek Michael Cerullo; and his brothers, David Cerullo and Philip Cerullo.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen B. O'Connell (O'Connell); his granddaughter Kayleigh; his son Brian Vincent Cerullo of Alfred; his siblings, Jo-Ann Kascavitch (Robert) of Norwood and Anthony Cerullo (Darlene) of Falmouth; and his siblings-in-law, Gerardine McDowell of Alfred, Linda Steele (Robert) of Walpole and Joseph O'Connell (Deborah) of Walpole. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
