He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John B. Sylvester and Rose M. Sylvester (McGowan); his daughters, Jennifer and Joanna; his sons-in-law, Ray and Chad; his grandchildren, Savannah and Zachary; his sisters, Margaret (Howard) and Kathy (Tom); his nieces and nephews, Cindy, Katy, Mike, Chris, Jack and Ed; and his pet Skeeter.
