She is survived by: her spouse Charles S. Kokernak; her sister Martha; her children, Kathryn Ware (Willard), Sandra Van Knowe (Glenn), Carl Kokernak (Karen), Michael Kokernak and Theodore Kokernak (Sharisse); and her grandchildren, Kelly, Sandra, Noah, Charles W, Jason, Justin, Sarah, Rachel, Jeffery and Chase. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
