He is survived by: his significant other Pam Powell; his sons, Chad Crommett and Shane Crommett (Rachel); his close friend Pam Powell; his stepsons, Troy Cunningham (Tammy) and Wade Cunningham (Jody); his grandchildren, Patrick, Kelley, Sarah, Meagan, Katie, Kara and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Braiden, Tarynn, Wyatt, Walker, Lilah, Mason, Zakk, Autumn, Chloe and Levi; and his siblings, Clayton Crommett, Vincent Crommett, Darrell Crommett, Grace Davis, Barbara Mayberry, Vicki McPhee, Dianne DeMerchant, Beverly Smith and Marietta Field. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
