She is survived by: her parents, Elizabeth Wilson Rowe and Alvis Sylvester Rowe; her children, Arthur Kelly, Jill Kelly of Acton, Elizabeth Kelly of Gilford, James Kelly (Jill Graham) of Sheffield, Barbara Ruble, Daniel Ruble of Minneapolis, Susan Alksnis and Olaf Alksnis of Oakville; and her husband Kingsley Kelly. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
