He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Morrill and Phyllis Morrill (Grant); and his daughters, Allyne "Duke" Carberry and Kimberly Tompson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

“Sorry for this loss! My condolences! He lived a long life and lived it in his own way! I am blessed to have taken this great photo of him and my mom from 2010, they both looked so happy! Have fond memories of Uncle Donnie up at the farm with my Aunt Betty! He also left a step-daughter Kelly who loved him and step-grandchildren! Especially his step-grandson Gilly who loved him immensely! Again fond memories!”
