He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivory Mitchell-Bickford and Elizabeth Mitchell-Bickford. He is survived by: his brothers, Collin of Abbot, James of Lincoln and Mark of Dover-Foxcroft; his niece Wendy Cupero (Frank); his nephews, Carl Bickford (Jennifer) and Will Bickford (Kelley); his great-nieces, Grace Bickford and Cassidy Vachon (Eric); and his great-nephew Eli Bickford.
