Richard Emmons Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Emmons of Abbot, Maine, who passed away on October 14, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Emmons and Lillian Emmons of Richmond; and his siblings, William "Billy" Emmons and Carol Carver. He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Emmons; his son Richard Emmons (Kate); his grandchildren, William "Liam" and Ava of Freeport; his daughter Rebecca Pinkham (Greg); his grandson Luke of Bowdoin; his mother-in-law Sharon James of Dresden; and his brothers, Ronald Emmons (Martha) of Richmond, Gary Emmons (Sandy) of Richmond and Robert Emmons of Augusta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Four Winds Snowmobile Club in Guilford, ME or the Abbot Explorers ATV Club in Abbot, ME in his memory.
