He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Edward Sampson and Loretta Ollie Wallace; his wives, Joanne Phyllis and Barbara Elise "Ouch"; and his brother Stanford Lincoln.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Larry Rudolph, Mark Arness of Chestertown, MD and Maureen Phyllis; his former wife Barbara Warner of Greensboro, MD.; his brother Reuben Collins; his children, Noland Jr. of Chestertown, MD, DC of Washington, Maureen Hargrove (Michael) of Ft Washington, MD and Reuben Collins (Claudette) of Waldorf, MD; and his siblings, Barbara Lena Brown (David) of Tampa, FL, Frederick Douglas (Andrea) of New Castle, DE and Taft Wallace Jr.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
