He is survived by: his parent Albert "Bud" Baxter; his wife Violet; his daughters, Debra Meikle (Hanson) of Worton, Theresa Ashley (Michael) of Rock Hall and Jacqueline Miller (Johnny) of Worton; his grandchildren, Andrew Meikle, Brian Grussing, Stacy Ashley, Jonathan Perkins, Hunter Miller and Jessica Miller; and his sisters, Louise McMahan of Chestertown and Sue Jane Miller of Chestertown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to churches or organizations of one's choice.
