It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Stevens (Worton, Maryland), born in Georgetown, Maryland, who passed away on April 19, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent George Noble Dixon, Sr.; and her brothers, George Noble Dixon, Jr. and John William Dixon. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Redding Dixon; her children, John "Jay" Callahan (Linda) of Chestertown, MD and Wendy McNamee (Edd) of Garner, NC; her sister Mary Lee Bennett of Chestertown, MD; and her grandchildren, Johnathan Callahan, Crystal Callahan, Melissa Callahan, Meghan McNamee, Ryan McNamee and Tenley Jayne Callahan.
