She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William A. Clark Sr., Ethel W. Clark and Vernon M. Cannon; her mother-in-law Bonnie A. Blyman; and her significant other Remi.
She is survived by: her mother Cynthia R. Clark; her husband Zeb; her sons, Jace C. Blyman and Jay C. Blyman; her father Cody Clark; her siblings, Jordan Boone (Kevin) and Shane Clark (Kayla); her sisters-in-law, Jessica Coner (Aaron) and Rachel Truitt (Danny); her grandmother Winsie A. Cannon; her father-in-law James F. Blyman (Barbara); and her nieces and nephews, Megan, Corey, Kevin, Kennedy, Emma, Kensley, Nolan, Nevaeh, Eliza, Clara and Coleman. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a scholarship fund for Jace and Jay through The People's Bank.
