He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonzo Karminski and Sara Tutchton Karminski. He is survived by: his wife Kay Karminski of Woolford; his children, Woolford, MD and Terri DeFelice (Todd) of Abingdon, MD; his grandchildren, Cade, Payton Karminski, Daniel and Joshua DeFelice; and his sister-in-law Janet Ahmad (MM Ahmad) of San Antonio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
