He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Schlauch and Ardella Schlauch (Stoneburner); and his sister Joan Hockman (Schlauch) of Whitehall. He is survived by: his wife Joan Schlauch (Gajanec); his son Kurt Schlauch; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Schlauch (Hahn); his grandchildren, Karissa of Marriottsville, Maryland and Ryan Schlauch of Marriottsville, Maryland; his brother Douglas Schlauch of Baltimore; and his nephews, Joel and Jason Schlauch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ Memorial Presbyterian Church.
