He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Joseph and Mary Catherine Miller; his siblings, Vera Swindell, Mercedes Miller and Gerard Miller; and his cousin Hartman J. Miller.
He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Lee Walston; his wife Betty Miller; and his brother Cecil C. Miller of Catonsville. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
