He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Bounds and Ethelyn J. Hickey Bounds-Davison; and his wife Barbara A. Scott Bounds. He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Bounds-Poulin (Rick Poulin) of Seattle, WA and Michele Bounds Leppo (Andrew Leppo) of Hampstead; and his grandchildren, Sierra and Casey Leppo of Hampstead.
