Christine C. Fields Obituary

The memory of Christine C. Fields of Woodstock, Maryland, who passed away on November 30, 2024 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As Christine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Christine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Christine leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Carter, Sr. and Phyllis Williams Carter; her husband David "Charles" Fields; and her brother Nick Carter. She is survived by: her sons, Richie Fields (Mettë), Tim Fields (Karen) and Darren Fields (Becky). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, her nephew and niece, and several close cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bounds Funeral Home (705 E Main St, Salisbury, MD 21804). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Parsons Cemetery (912 N Division St, Salisbury, MD 21801).
