He is survived by: his wife Theresa Elliene Fox; his children, Debbie Crum (Cory) of Thurmont, MD, David Crum (Erin), Karen Nicklas (Tyler), Donna Manger (Wes) of Suffolk, VA, Kyle Wilcom, Kristen Wilcom, Erick Santos, Courtney Wilcom, Emily Manger and Brian Fox of Woodsboro, MD.; his wife Nona; and also, Wanda Cian, Christine Steele, Linda Geitner (Alan), Patricia Porter (Kenneth), Uncle Teed and Aunt Gloria Youngmark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
