It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary E. Haney of Woodsboro, Maryland, who passed away on August 28, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walden V. King and Violena Shipley King; her husband Forrest N. Haney; her siblings, Merhle King and Lillian Hood; her son-in-law Thomas L. Woodfield; and her granddaughter Tarra Woodfield Hilton.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alethia Watkins (Mike), Christopher Greene (Jenn) and Britnie Ehret (Andy); her great grandchildren, Kelsey Ryba (Larry), Ryan Watkins, Gregory Pumphrey, Nadalie and Bentley Greene; and her sister-in-law Louise Haney.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to Covid-19.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Esther Haney's name to the Clarksburg United Methodist Church, 23425 Spire Street, Clarksburg, MD 20872.
