It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Hines Sr. (Woodsboro, Maryland), who passed away on January 25, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, V. C. Hines Sr. and Annie Beall Hines; and his siblings, Mary Richardson, Annabelle Cline and Vernon Hines.

He is survived by: his son Kenneth L. Hines Jr. of Woodsboro; his grandchildren, Michael Hines, Morgan Arnett, McKenna, Travis and Steven Hines; his great grandchild Kaylee Hines; his siblings, Mabel McDonald, Pauline Davis, Dorothy Wojan, George Hines (Fern) of Union Bridge and Thomas Hines of Woodsboro; and his sister-in-law Patricia Hines of Thurmont.
