He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Brown and Wilma Harsher Brown. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen E. Brown; his sons, Alan E. Brown (Nicole) of Hagerstown and Thomas W. Brown (Zoie) of Inwood, WV; and his brother Gary Brown (Diane).
