She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Smith Sr. and Pauline Elizabeth Burkett Smith; her son David Fogle; and her siblings, John Smith Jr. and Louise Willard.
She is survived by: her husband John W. Fogle Sr.; her sons, John W. Fogle Jr. (Teresa), James Fogle (Robin) and Tony Fogle (Melanie); and her siblings, Frank P. Smith (Colleen) and Joanne King.
