He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Spicer; his children, Gary Spicer (Heather), Keith Spicer (Chris) and Tara Bartolain (Aaron); and his brother Donald Spicer (Sharon). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
