He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William R. Haugh and Ethel Haugh; his wife Marian S. Haugh; his children, Jeffrey S. Haugh of Westminster, MD and Pamela M. Hughes of Shell Knob, MO; his brothers, Francis Haugh of Baltimore and Kenneth Haugh of Woodbine; and also, Debra K. Haugh, Paul Hughes and Lois Magee of Easton.
