She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Ferkett and Elaine Ferkett (Wolfe); her husband Nicholas J. Knezevich; and her brother Jerry. She is survived by: her pet Mei Ling; her daughters, Kathryn Knezevich-Myers and Tricia Kauffman; her grandson Thomas J. Myers; and her son-in-law Robert Myers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
