He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Phillips (Hoffman); his mother Ruth Joyce Phillips-Kane; his siblings, Diana Devlin and James Phillips; his children, Ashley Kinniry (Jimmy) and Casey Phillips (Niki); and his grandchildren, Tess, Kenley, Claude, Charli and Scotti.
