Franklin (Margie) of New Windsor, MD; her grandchildren, Christopher W. Franklin, Candice N. Vleugels, Ashley A. Schneider and Zackary E. Miley; and her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Franklin, William Franklin and Zico Vleugels.
