He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Joines and Hattie Joines (Brown); his brother Bob; his daughter Barbara; and his grandchildren, Eddie and Cindy.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Joines; his daughters, Dr. Karen Joines and Treva Joines; his granddaughters, Diana Garnett and Sarah Langdon; his siblings, Lonnie and Jane; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Paige, Alexavier, Cassandra, Aurora, Damien, Nathan, Ronald and James.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (3200 Ridge Rd, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
