She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Louise Mitchell and Kristin Adair Wortman (Daniel); her brother Theodore Esten Lawhead, Jr.; her grandchildren, Clint Andrew Wortman, Dustin Marshall Wortman, Christopher Anthony Coyle, Andrea Michele Coyle, Jennifer Ann Wortman and Daniel Preston Wortman; and her great grandchildren, Mitchell Edwin Wortman, Eleanor Virginia Wortman, Garrison Johnson and Rebecca Johnson.
