He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hankins (Dusty); his children, Kim Davis (Eddie) of Taneytown, MD, Dover Hankins II (Mooregan) of Finksburg, MD and Travis Hankins (Sherry) of Sykesville, MD; his grandchildren, Kevin (Olivia), Karin (Andrew), Dover III, Deven, Drake, Cassidy and Alexa; his great grandchildren, Kaileigh, Cameron, Casten, Evan and Ella; and his siblings, Mary Harris of Baton Rouge, LA, Vivian Price of Whitehall, MD, Perry Hankins of Chincoteague, VA and Barbara Travis of Hanover, PA..
