He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Floyd McNeal and Louise McNeal (Marshall) of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann McNeal; his daughter Lisa Marie McNeal; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Fluharty, Rosalee Ellen McNeal and Richard Alan McNeal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
