“Pam Butler was one of the finest people we met in over 30 years with the yacht club community. Her years of leadership with Neptune YC, Yacht Clubs of Maryland, and the Chesapeake Bay Yacht Clubs Association were exemplary. Large turn outs at Neptune YC Openings were in no small part due to Pam’s influence. Despite physical and personal setbacks, she worked tirelessly on behalf of area yacht clubs and successful club relations. Her dignity, grace, and kindness will be sorely missed.”
