She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Walger, Sr. and Leona Ray Walger; and her brother Harry "Melvin" Walger, Jr.. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews and most loving friends.

Social distancing and mask must be observed at all times.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Barbara's honor to Arlington Baptist Church or Christian Community Center 1412 Hollins St. Baltimore, Md. 21223.
