He was predeceased by: his father Victor David; and his wife Patricia "Pat" Mills. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Shanholtz (Issac) of Williamsport, MD, William Mills (Hollie) of Laurel, DE, James Mills (Sandy) of Hagerstown, MD and Dennis Mills (Dianne Shroyer); his siblings, Marie Crilly of Williamsport, MD, Edwin Mills (Wilda) of Chambersburg, PA, Lloyd Mills (Becky) of Waynesboro, PA and Joe Mills (Joyce) of Frederick, MD; and his caregivers, Cynthia Shanholtz and Heather Mills. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
