He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Sr. Hibbard and Enid Townsend Hibbard; and his brother Richard Hibbard. He is survived by: his children, Donald Hibbard (Svetlana Pantic) of Ellicott City, MD and Kathy Delmar (Danny) of Gaithersburg, MD; and his grandchildren, Blair Luise, Brittany Ballard and George Pantic.
