Smith of Hagerstown, MD and Wayne A. Smith, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; his stepchildren, Sherry L. Davis of Hagerstown, MD and William F. Davis of Falling Waters, WV; and his siblings, Kathy V. Jones of Boonsboro, MD, Gary E. Smith of Gerrardstown, WV and Rick L. Smith of Cearfoss, MD. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
