He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas P. Ridenour and Charlotte V. Ridenour (Gouker); and his brothers, Charles V. Ridenour and Douglas E. Ridenour. He is survived by: his wife Martha "Tootie" Godlove-Ridenour; his sisters, Carol E. Rowland of Williamsport, MD and Ruth A. Ridenour of Williamsport, MD; and his pets, Albus, Hemingway and Loki. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Wayne was simply one of the best men I have ever known. A presence like Wayne's will never die as he gave his life for students and their encouragement.
